Optimae LifeServices Inc. announced today the addition of a new rehabilitation services division in Des Moines. Optimae Rehabilitation Services, located in the East Village, includes an outpatient rehabilitation clinic specializing in occupational therapy services for adults and adolescents with mental illness and intellectual disabilities, which the company said is a first for Iowa. The services can be provided individually or in a group setting at the clinic at 600 E. Court Ave., Suite 120, or in the community or individual’s home. “The addition of rehabilitation services allows Optimae to further build on the array of comprehensive services it offers individuals and expand its existing customer base, which is critical in the current health care environment in Iowa,” said William Dodds, Optimae president and CEO. The division serves individuals in the Des Moines metro area and surrounding counties, including Polk, Dallas, Story, Jasper and Marion.
