Organizations to discuss attracting workers
The Greater Des Moines Partnership and the World Food Prize Foundation are hosting an event to discuss whether Greater Des Moines can attract the next generation of workers.
The organizations invite young professionals and interns to chat with established professionals about jobs, entertainment and transportation and learn about some of the things Des Moines is doing currently to attract young professionals.
The event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on July 30 at the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates.
