PrescribeWellness, a leading cloud-based patient relationship management solutions company, announced it has hired Patty Kumbera as chief operating officer. Kumbera was previously chief operating officer and a co-founder of OutcomesMTM in West Des Moines, a pioneer in the medication therapy management services industry that was acquired by Cardinal Health in 2015. As part of the PrescribeWellness executive leadership team, Kumbera will provide strategic vision to help the company execute its mission to deliver technology-enabled service solutions to help community pharmacies improve patient care and thrive economically. She is a graduate of the Drake University College of Pharmacy, and received the Distinguished Achievement Award in Pharmacy Management from Drake in 2013.
