The West Des Moines-based employment agency Palmer Group announced that it has expanded its services to Wisconsin. The agency announced the move in a news release on Monday, saying it helps expand its services and mission in the Midwest. “We are excited about the next evolution of our organization by expanding our services into the Wisconsin market,” said Palmer Group President David Leto.”[We have] developed a trusted brand and reputation throughout Iowa in our 24 years of business and we hope to build that same level of trust in this new space.” Leading the expansion will be Joe Collard, who will serve as territory manager. Collard, a Wisconsin native, has more than nine years of staff and sales experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Chris Lorenz, executive vice president at Palmer Group, said Collard’s experience, combined with his knowledge of Wisconsin, will be key to growing the Palmer brand. “We are eager for Collard to bring the company’s principles and values to the candidates and clients of Wisconsin, and to continue our legacy of making lives better,” Lorenz said.
