The Greater Des Moines Partnership is partnering with the Harkin Institute for Public Policy & Citizen Engagement to host a workplace accessibility roundtable on June 9. The event aims to provide opportunities for individuals in Greater Des Moines to build new relationships and connect with others who are passionate about fostering an inclusive community, a news release said. The event will feature a panel discussion, a networking hour and a tour of the Harkin Institute. The panel speakers will include:

• Marcela Hermosillo-Tarin, division human resources director, Discovery Senior Living
• Amy Markham, disability workforce manager, Iowa Workforce Development
• Kay Oskvig, member attorney, Whitfield & Eddy Law
• Daniel Van Sant, director of disability policy, the Harkin Institute (moderator)
