Shana Patrick has been named managing director at MMG Real Estate Advisors where she will oversee multifamily brokerage advisory services across Iowa and Nebraska for the national firm.

According to a news release, Patrick has 18 years of experience in multifamily commercial real estate that spans property management, development, site selection, acquisitions and dispositions.

Michael Sullivan, co-founder of MMG Real Estate Advisors, said in the release that Patrick’s knowledge, intentional and collaborative leadership style and passion for results align with MMG’s mission and values.
