Peoples Co. has announced the launch of a corporate services division to assist owners with large, diverse agricultural portfolios. Since launching, the new division has served multinational corporations on land deals to build, site or liquidate major data centers, renewable energy projects, warehouses, and commercial buildings, a news release said. In launching the division, Peoples Co. has hired two new executives, Mark Miller and Victoria Ross. Miller and Ross, along with existing team members Jaxon Goedken and Bryan Bergdale will lead the division. “Our Corporate Services division represents our latest endeavor to offer clients a fully integrated transaction platform, serving as a one-stop-shop for clients with complex and geographically diverse portfolios,” Peoples Company President Steve Bruere said in a prepared statement. “This new division started as it became clear that C-Suites understood that it all starts with land. Whether a company is seeking to build a new facility, diversify their investment portfolio, or build a renewable energy project, land is always at the core of those decisions.”
