Pioneer plans new distribution facility in Spencer
Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. broke ground on a new facility in Spencer on Friday.
The new facility will serve as a regional distribution point for corn and soybean seeds and is expected to open in October.
The facility will be the second business to move into the new Spencer Green Industrial Center, a new business park that has about 140 acres left to develop.
