The city of West Des Moines at 9 a.m. on March 16 will close Mills Civic Parkway from 81st Street to 88th Street, and South 88th Street from Mills Civic Parkway to just north of Cascade Avenue.

The city of West Des Moines at 9 a.m. on March 16 will close Mills Civic Parkway from 81st Street to 88th Street, and South 88th Street from Mills Civic Parkway to just north of Cascade Avenue. Both streets will reopen in late summer after crews complete a major reconstruction and widening project.
