Potts promoted to Winnebago president

The board of Winnebago Industries Inc. has promoted Randy Potts to president of the company. Potts, 52, has been with the Forest City-based company for 27 years and most recently served as senior vice president for strategic planning. Bob Olson will retain his position as Winnebago’s chairman and CEO, while relinquishing his title of president in order to focus on the company’s overall direction, the company said in a press release. Potts is a graduate of Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo.
