Prebid conference to be held at YWCA building
A preletting conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the former YWCA building, 717 Grand Ave.
The conference will include a building walk-through. The improvement project at the space includes demolition of the building while protecting the skywalk structure.
The building will also be open for inspection by the bidders from 9 to 11 a.m. on July 19. The project bid date is July 26.
