APA Iowa, an association of  professional planners, planning educators, planning commissioners and planning students from across the state of Iowa, announced its 2025 chapter award recipients during its annual conference Oct. 8-10 in Ankeny. Each year, APA Iowa asks its members to nominate plans, projects, and individuals deserving recognition by the professional organization. Award nominees can be recognized in nineteen categories ranging from public outreach to distinguished leadership. Award winners were selected by review from a jury of professional planners.
