He is a shareholder who practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation and labor and employment law, according to a release. Attorneys Stephen Locher and Espnola Cartmill join Reck on the three-person Belin McCormick management team. Originally from Mason City, Mr. Locher earned a B.A. at the University of Notre Dame (magna cum laude) and earned his law degree from Harvard University. Ms. Cartmill is a native of Fort Madison who earned her B.A (with distinction) at the University of Iowa and earned her law degree from Harvard University.
