Retailers not yet investing much in tablet computers
Retailers have been slow to keep up with tablet computer shopping behavior, Mobile Commerce Daily reported.
A new study by Forrester Research shows that the average company is investing just $14,000 on tablet commerce tools.
Only 30 percent of retailers surveyed said they had plans to give store associates tablet tools to help sell merchandise. Forrester found that 9 percent of online shoppers own tablets, and more than half of them reported using them to buy products.
