Reynolds: Iowa to seek federal disaster aid Monday; power should be back by Tuesday

Kim Reynolds said today. Her comments came as she provided updates on the state’s response in Cedar Rapids, where thousands of residents are still coping with the aftermath of Monday’s derecho. As of this morning, more than 180,000 people in Iowa were still without power.
