Minnesota-based Roers Investments plans to open flexible work space, called Onyx Office Suites, April 1 on the first floor of its Flux Apartments in the Western Gateway, according to a release. The 12 new private office suites will carry base monthly office rents of $575 to $700 depending on the size of the office rented. “Onyx is intended to be an attractive, customizable work space that provides the novel ability to pick and choose the amenities that best meet the unique needs of budding businesses that want to work there,” Kent Roers, principal at Roers Cos., said in a statement. Standard office amenities include printing, scanning, copying and Wi-Fi, a Starbucks coffee bar and conference room access. Other options, with individual pricing, include a fitness center, skydeck roof access and assigned parking.
