Minnesota-based Roers Cos. will host an open house Thursday for Soll Apartments, a mixed-use development at 2301 Ingersoll Ave. where nearly half of the 165 residential units have been leased, as is 65 percent of available retail space. Restaurants Teddy Maroon’s and BAH Brazilian Steakhouse are the retail tenants. Soll Apartments is laying claim to the city’s only infinity hot tub (a style of spa where the glass of the hot tub juts out over Ingersoll) and a rooftop pool. The open house begins at 5 p.m. Meanwhile, Roers is reporting that occupancy at its Confluence on 3rd Apartments is at 93 percent, while the recently opened Flux apartments on Walnut Street are 83 percent leased.
