Potential presidential candidate Mitt Romney will kick-off the 2012 Presidential Candidate Series with an event to be held May 27 from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the State Historical Building in downtown Des Moines. The series is sponsored by the Greater Des Moines Partnership, Mediacom and IowaPolitics.com, in partnership with the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs. Lynn Campbell of Iowa Politics.com will serve as the moderator for the series. The event is free of charge and open to the public.
