R&R Realty plans Urbandale warehouse
The Urbandale Planning & Zoning Commission is poised to consider a site plan request by Development Services Corp., an R&R Realty Group subsidiary that has proposed to construct a 143,000-square-foot industrial building on a 10.86-acre site located southwest of the intersection of 112th Street and Meredith Drive. The Paragon East Warehouse site plan is scheduled to appear on the commission’s Aug. 1 agenda.
