NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Co., which has offices in Davenport and Des Moines, has received the Member of the Year Award for 2010 from NAI Global. Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial was chosen from among more than 200 NAI member firms to receive the honor. The award, which is given annually to the NAI member firm that best demonstrates a composite of leadership, capital and resources, as well as a commitment to quality and the desire and energy to grow, was presented during a Feb. 9 ceremony at the NAI Global 2011 Convention in Las Vegas. Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global manages a network of 5,000 commercial real estate professionals in 55 countries.
