Drake Rupprecht has been named business development specialist at Advantage Property Management, a division of R&R Realty Group, the company announced recently.

In his role, Rupprecht will focus on development relationships with companies to manage their commercial real estate assets.

The addition of Rupprecht will support Advantage’s growth and continued demand for local, expert-based property management in the region, a news release stated.

Rupprecht is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in marketing and management.

“Drake’s energy and commitment to building relationships will help us continue to deliver the high level of service and partnership that our customers rely on,” Mike Hermann, president of Advantage Property Management, said in the release.
