Santorum set to announce candidacy
Rick Santorum is preparing to formally announce his candidacy for president in the next couple of weeks, CNN reported.
Santorum will make a major announcement regarding his plans for the Republican presidential nomination during the week of June 5, a source close to the former Pennsylvania senator said. His trip to Iowa last weekend was his 15th to the state since 2009.
