SBA award nominations accepted through Jan. 9
The U.S. Small Business Administration will accept nominations in a variety of divisions through Jan. 9 for its National Small Business Week Awards, including the annual Small Business Person of the Year. Awards directly tied to Iowa will include Iowa Women in Business Champion of the Year, Iowa Minority Small Business Champion of the Year and Iowa Veteran Business Champion of the Year. Nominations are due by 2 p.m. Jan. 9. All nomination packages must be hand-delivered or mailed to the local SBA office in the Federal Building.
