SBDC board elects new members
Two Greater Des Moines residents were among five people recently elected to the Iowa Small Business Development Center’s (SBDC) State Advisory Board. Terry Vorbrich, acting economic development administrator for the city of Des Moines, and Ying Sa, principal of Community CPA & Associates in Des Moines, were elected to three-year terms. Also elected to the approximately 30-member board were three business owners: Chad Feldmann of  Cedar Falls, Natalie Hammer of Forest City and Mike Salama of Boone. The SBDC is an outreach program of Iowa State University’s College of Business and operates 16 regional business assistance centers in Iowa.
