Science Center to reopen planetarium this month
More than 10 months after an “electrical occurrence” took the domed Star Theater offline, the Science Center of Iowa plans to reopen its planetarium this month, reports DesMoinesRegister.com. After about 10 months, visitors will once again be able to explore space in the center’s planetarium through an improved system with two projectors and 4K resolution video.
