The Des Moines Social Club Theater Co. will present 44 Plays for 44 Presidents from Oct. 25 to Nov. 4 at the Des Moines Social Club.

The play is part of a nationwide effort to showcase 44 separate productions of the play, which is a chronological, biographical survey of the lives and presidencies of each of the 44 men who have held the office.

This is the first time an Iowa theater company has participated in the effort, which launched in 2002. Ticket cost is $20 for evening shows and $14 for Sunday matinees.
