The Des Moines Social Club will present the inaugural Arts Catalyst Awards Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Social Club, 400 Walnut St. The Arts Catalyst Awards recognizes individuals who have created and sustained Central Iowa’s artistic landscape.

Those being honored include theater designer Jay Jagim; StageWest Theater Company co-founder and artistic director  Ron Lambert; and  Des Moines Onstage artistic director Bob Filippone.

Ticket cost is $25 general admission, $50 VIP admission and $10 YPC/Artist Admission. Tickets are available online via Midwestix.
