Stanbrough files bankruptcy petitions for three companies
Real estate developer Daniel Stanbrough filed bankruptcy petitions Monday to reorganize the finances of three companies he controls, bringing the list of his companies under bankruptcy court protection up to five.
The most recent cases involve DTS LC, which claimed $2.25 million in assets and $2.36 million in debts; Orchard LLC, with $2.96 million in assets and $3.66 million in debts; and Rose Marie LC, with assets of nearly $1.05 million and debts of $1.09 million.
Last week, Stanbrough filed to reorganize the finances of Corporate Woods LC and listed 27 unsecured creditors due $1 each.
Dan Stanbrough LC filed to reorganize its finances under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code earlier this year after Regions Bank sought to foreclose on the Keck City Center at Fifth and Grand avenues.
