The Stuffed Olive, a martini bar and restaurant, is relocating to the CC, a downtown building being redeveloped into an upscale entertainment destination. The Stuffed Olive is currently located at 208 Third St. The venue is expected to open in December in street-level space at the CC, located at 216 Court Ave.  “We’ve outgrown our current space and regularly have to turn away customers,” said Brendan Kelley, owner of the Stuffed Olive. “The move to the CC building will nearly triple our footprint and give us a much bigger kitchen and the ability to host private parties. The icing on the cake, though, is the outdoor patio space and all the opportunities that will offer us starting next spring, whether it be evening dining or participating in the popular Downtown Farmer’s Market.” Work is underway to transform the street level space to include the intimate atmosphere the venue is known for but to also include some modern touches. Tony Rose, a local restaurant and bar contractor, is overseeing the remodeling project.
