Meredith Agrimedia will plant its first seeds in an international market when it launches Successful Farming in Brazil, Meredith Corp. said in a news release. Successful Farming and www.agriculture.com will launch by October in the Portuguese language as part of a joint venture with Spring Media Group, a Brazilian media company. It will start as a digital resource for Brazilian agricultural landowners and professionals, and offer national and multinational advertisers and marketers both national and local opportunities to reach their audiences. A print magazine is expected to follow. Successful Farming, founded in 1902, was the first magazine published by Meredith. Brazil is the fourth-largest exporter of farm products in the world.
