Sullivan leaves CBRE, joins Ruhl & Ruhl
Kevin Sullivan has joined NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Co. as a vice president. The 62-year-old commercial real estate broker, who focuses primarily on the sale and leasing of industrial properties, launched his career at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial and hung his shingle there for 18 years. Sullivan said he was ready for a fresh start. “I needed a new challenge,” he said.
