Most parents of college graduates say they won’t pay to keep their children on their health insurance plan until age 26, despite a provision of the health-care overhaul law that says they can do so, the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal reported. That is the conclusion of a national survey of college students, graduates and parents conducted in April by global insights firm Kelton Research and sponsored by eHealthInsurance Services Inc. of Mountain View, Calif. More than 4 in 10 (43 percent) parents of college students or grads under age 26 said they would only keep their adult children on their health insurance plan if it cost them nothing to do so.
