American Express OPEN and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) will offer a free one-hour tutorial to help women business owners who are working to win government contracts. On Feb. 4, the U.S. Small Business Administration expanded federal contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses. On April 14, an educational webinar created by American Express OPEN and WIPP will provide further details on eligibility requirements and contract set-asides, as well as step-by-step requirements for Women-Owned Small Business and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business certifications.
