United Community Services receives accreditation
United Community Services Inc. (UCS), a Des Moines-based substance abuse treatment provider, recently received a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, the highest award by the commission. The accreditation was granted following a review of services, facilities and records at UCS locations in Des Moines, Ankeny and Knoxville. The organization recently expanded to include a full-service medical clinic, Franklin Family Practice.
