A resident of Urbandale for more than 20 years, Triplett holds a degree in elementary education and early childhood from Drake University and began her career teaching in the Des Moines Public School system. Her experience spans volunteer leadership, fundraising, and roles in the health insurance and health care administration sectors and most recently working as office operations manager for FuseDSM. She also serves on the Board of Paramount Development and supports her family’s business Triplett Office Solutions.
