The Urbandale City Council voted Tuesday to endorse Fastpath’s request for tax credit incentives. It is possible the company also could receive help from the city’s revolving loan fund, although the details of that assistance are not in place. Fastpath is seeking $36,250 in tax credits. It plans to add 12 employees over the next three years, according to a report to the Urbandale City Council. If the project moves forward, the company would lease more than 12,000 square feet of office space at 4093 N.W. Urbandale Drive. Fastpath develops computer software that enhances security, compliance and risk management initiatives, according to its website.
