US Airways to offer Des Moines-to-Charlotte flights
US Airways announced that it will begin daily nonstop service from its largest hub in Charlotte, N.C., to Des Moines on March 25. Service will operate on a 50-seat Canadair Jet aircraft. Flights will leave Des Moines at 7:05 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. daily, and leave Charlotte at 11:35 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. The airline will be the only carrier to provide nonstop service between Charlotte and Des Moines.
