USA Today founder to speak at ISU
Ken Paulson, an editor, lawyer and president and CEO of the First Amendment Center, will speak at Iowa State University on April 11 about how the generational shift in news and information consumption, along with a digitally driven society, will reshape journalism, free expression and democracy.
Paulson, who helped found USA Today in 1982, will speak on “Re-booting America: News for a New Generation” at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Union Pioneer Room.
The event is part of the 10th anniversary of Iowa State’s First Amendment Day Celebration, and is free and open to the public. More information on ISU lectures is available at www.lectures.iastate.edu.
