Graham replaces Susan Martin, who has been acting director at VACIHCS since October 2015. Graham has more than 28 years of Veterans Health Administration experience. She most recently served as the VA assistant deputy undersecretary for health for informatics and analytics.
Graham holds an undergraduate degree from the College of St. Mary, Omaha, and a Mini-MBA from Wichita State University, Wichita. The VACIHCS has inpatient and outpatient services located in Des Moines and community-based outpatient clinics in Knoxville, Marshalltown, Mason City, Fort Dodge and Carroll.
