Veridian Credit Union awarded $70,000 in grants to 15 organizations across Iowa and eastern Nebraska. Veridian awards Successful Financial Future Grants of up to $5,000 for general operating costs annually to nonprofit organizations that address barriers to financial stability through financial literacy and employment readiness. Iowa recipients are the Iowa Able Foundation, the Job Foundation, the Arc of East Central Iowa, the Catherine McAuley Center, Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, Hawthorn Hill, Junior Achievement of Central Iowa, Lutheran Services of Iowa, Inside Out Reentry, House of Hope, Exceptional Persons Inc., and the Larrabee Center Inc.
