Volunteer Hall of Fame seeks nominees
The Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service is seeking nominations for the Iowa Volunteer Hall of Fame.
Nominations can be submitted in one of several categories: individual, national service member, family, group, organization/nonprofit and business/corporation. Since the hall of fame was established in 1989, and 135 people have been accepted, and their names have been added to plaques on permanent display in the State Historical Museum.
