The West Des Moines City Council approved nearly $150,000 in financial incentives Monday for high-tech benefits administrator Businessolver Inc.’s $4.4 million expansion of its offices at 1025 Ashworth Road. West Des Moines will provide a $20,000 forgivable loan and property tax rebates totaling $128,938 over five years. The local match is required under state economic development programs that will provide $320,000 in tax credits and grants for the project. The Iowa Economic Development Authority board approved a $100,000 forgivable loan, $100,000 investment tax credit and $120,000 sales tax credit during its meeting Feb. 19.
