Weissenburger Investments and Financial Planning Inc. will move on July 1 to a new single-occupant building at 16400 Sheridan Ave. in the Berkshire Commons Office Park in Clive.

The Architectural Edge in Ankeny designed the 4,500-square-foot building, which Weissenburger Investments will own. Doug Richards Construction Inc. of Johnston was the builder and general contractor.

The Berkshire Commons address provided a prime location at an affordable price, said Tom Weissenburger, the investment company’s owner.

“It’s a quality location; it’s a convenient location, and we didn’t have to spend $1 million on a piece of dirt,” he said.
