West Des Moines firm merges with Atlanta-based firm
West Des Moines-based Corporate Continuity Group (CCG) announced Tuesday it has joined with Atlanta-based HH Advisors, forming a new company under the name HDH Advisors LLC.
Both companies offer business appraisal, litigation support and corporate finance services to business owners across the country.
The joint venture will increase the number of employees to 15 in the two offices in Des Moines and Atlanta. CCG President Duane Tolander and HH Advisors Managing Director Chad Hoekstra will be co-leaders of HDH Advisors.
