Windsor Heights to hold meeting for homeowners with sewer problems
The city of Windsor Heights will hold a free meeting at 6 p.m. tonight to educate residents on a Neighborhood Finance Corp.
(NFC) program to help solve sewer problems. Through the program, homeowners who find they have damaged sewer lines can turn to NFC for a special loan program for repair and replacement of broken or outdated lines.
