Wine and food expo announces celebrity chef
Art Smith will be the first official celebrity chef to be featured at Iowa’s Premier Wine & Food Expo, officials announced.
Smith most recently has made television appearances on “Top Chef” and “Top Chef Masters,” and in 1997 became the personal day-to-day chef for Oprah Winfrey. The expo will take place Nov. 11-12 at Hy-Vee Hall. Tickets are $30 with alcohol sampling and $20 without alcohol sampling, and can be purchased at www.iowaeventscenter.com.
