Matthew Schroeder has joined the Des Moines office of The Samuels Group Inc., a Wisconsin-based contractor that is establishing a local office. Schroeder will be responsible for the daily management of projects, including bid reviews, supervision of contract administration, coordination of change requests, supervision of field engineering support, planning and scheduling services, project status reports, budgeting and cash flow projections, and supervision of material and equipment requirements, according to a news release.
