Workiva revenue rises, but so does red ink

However, the Ames-based creator of a cloud-based productivity platform also saw higher losses. The company’s operating loss was $14.3 million, up from $12.6 million a year ago. Workiva projects fourth-quarter operating losses of $14 million to $14.5 million. The company now expects a full-year operating loss of $45.9 million to $46.4 million, slightly lower than the previous outlook of $47 million to $49 million. Full-year revenue is expected to be $143 million to $143.5 million, a bit higher than the earlier projection of $141.5 million to $143 million.Read more
