On Feb. 23, the Young Professionals Connection will host a luncheon aimed at helping young professionals learn about various leadership programs in the metropolitan area. The event, which is scheduled to take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 700 Locust St., will include a panel discussion with Wade Steenhoek of the Ankeny Leadership Institute; Erica Andersen of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy; Wade Den Hartog of  Leadership Iowa; Randy Yontz of the Waukee Leadership Institute; and Rebecca Batcheller and Amy Pettinger, both of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute.
