Des Moines Register: A 103-year-old historic building in Des Moines’ Sherman Hill neighborhood may soon be home to a new restaurant and brewery. That would bring to three the number of breweries in the neighborhood, which got its first one just over two years ago. DEV Partners is renovating the 42-unit Concord Apartments at 732 18th St. and plans to transform an adjacent two-story parking garage and leasing office at 740 18th St. to accommodate the brewery and eatery.
